LOCATION AND WORK HOURS

The Head of Property Management will report to the Managing Directors of Asset Management. This position will work remotely from the Philippines during standard US Pacific Time business hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Head of Property Management will play a key role in property management, problem solving, documentation, and facilitating tenant and vendor relationships.

  1. Assist in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns, and ensuring lease compliance.
  2. Help maintain positive vendor relationships.
  3. Troubleshoot issues, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
  4. Oversee projects directed by senior management.
  5. Review and approve operating expenses per company policies.
  6. Assist in determining CAM expenses and reviewing CAM reconciliations and collections.
  7. Help prepare annual budgets and monitor expenses to meet budgets.
  8. Submit reports timely and participate in property status meetings.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks related to remote staff in the Philippines.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduated cum laude or higher preferred.
  • Required: experience in commercial real estate.
  • 5-10 years of broad-based commercial property management experience.
  • Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of contracts, leases, and leasing objectives.
  • Customer service and tenant relations skills.
  • Professional demeanor in all communications.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Team player capable of collaborating with management, tenants, contractors, and others.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Yardi is a plus.
