We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our property listings, handle receivables and deposits, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Portfolio Management:
- Manage property listings, input new properties, and maintain accurate records in property management systems.
- Handle receivables and deposits, ensuring timely and efficient financial transactions.
- Enter and process bills, assisting with tenant move-in processes as needed.
- Accounting Support:
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including financial data entry and reconciliation.
- Assist with accounting functions, providing support for the property management team.
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Provide email and text follow-ups as needed, maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Support the property management team with various administrative duties, ensuring seamless operations.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in AppFolio and QuickBooks is required.
- Qualifications:
- A strong background in accounting and finance.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
