Job Overview

This is a pivotal role that oversees the strategic direction of our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive property strategy to align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Conduct thorough site analysis to identify suitable locations for new ventures.
  • Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other commercial arrangements with landlords and property owners to optimize our position in the market.
  • Prepare internal approval documents for new site acquisitions, including detailed financial analysis and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with legal and finance teams to conclude lease agreements and finalize all necessary documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for lease-related matters.
  • Proactively manage lease renewals and closures to maximize the value of our real estate holdings.
  • Coordinate new site projects, liaising effectively with operations, construction, marketing departments to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate property performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments that may impact our business strategy.
  • Establish and maintain a network of real estate professionals, agents, and industry contacts to facilitate seamless property transactions.
Requirements
  • Strong educational background in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate management, property development, or relevant roles.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and proven track record in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in real estate law, lease agreements, and property management best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
