Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring efficient communication and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

- Present a professional image of Multi-Line Corp. to all external contacts, showcasing our values and commitment to excellence.

- Facilitate seamless communication between internal staff and external contacts, utilizing strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

- Provide top-notch assistance and information to visitors, helping them navigate our facility and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.

- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring callers are directed to the right people and messages are relayed promptly.

- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members, handle conference room reservations, and receive mail with precision and courtesy.

- Maintain a tidy and well-organized reception area, complete with relevant company literature and engaging reading materials.

- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as document sorting, data research, and other duties as required.
