Responsibilities

As a key member of our team at Asia Peopleworks Inc., you will be responsible for supporting the sales department by providing non-sales support in various areas. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality assistance in Sales Contracts, Salesforce coding & updating, reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.

You will be required to prepare, organize, and retrieve sales contracts, which may include attachments, related emails, tasks, discussions, and other relevant documents. This requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently while under guidance from your manager. You should also be highly flexible and able to multitask various assignments while meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Contract Management: Prepare, organize, and retrieve sales contracts.
  • Salesforce Coding & Updating: Assist in coding and updating sales contracts in Salesforce.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Provide regular reports and track sales contract progress.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the sales team.
