Sales and Admin Coordinator

• Assists the SEA team in conducting internal and external meetings.
• Handles all administrative activities of the team such as flight bookings, accommodations, prices comparison, liquidations, documentations, and others.
• Coordinates with local suppliers for any office purchases.
• Maintains and keeps SEA business folders, tools and systems up to date.
• Collects all presentations, training, and marketing materials ensuring adherence to company branding guidelines.
• Follows up on concerns and requests to the relevant department.
• Ensures Admin account aspects in each distributor and dealer are correct and up to date.
• Trains and supports distributors for any training needs (MPP, Technical, Warranty, etc.).
• Handles warranty administration, registration, and process, ensuring all are up to date and reported to the relevant team.
• Participates in and conducts weekly export meetings and prepares Minutes of the Meeting.
• Coordinates and assists the Regional Sales Manager with order follow-ups and order processing.
• Serves as the primary backup assistant in order processing in Salesforce to Priority, managing freight and logistics in the absence of the export team.
• Checks all stocks and inventories on a regular basis.
• Provides assistance to help the team reach quarterly/annual targets.
• Creates a database for potential distributors and dealers per country.
• Attends to and handles all inquiries from direct customers, distributors, and dealers.
• Coordinates with the relevant department for any technical issues and provides exceptional experiences to all stakeholders.
• Sets technical visits and coordinates schedules for distributors and dealers.
• Sends promotional updates to distributors and dealers.
• Tracks all cases in Salesforce.
• Ensures that all access for distributors and dealers is up to date.
• Coordinates sales and marketing campaigns using the Asian Database including email, text, and phone calls.
• Assists the SEA TEAM with e-com plans and implementation.
• Performs other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration and/or any related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and administrative fields, preferably in a B2B setup.
• Advanced computer literacy skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
