Sales Team Assistant Coordinator

Job Overview
Sales Support plays a vital role in assisting the Sales team in their daily tasks. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing documentation support to ensure seamless communication between departments.
Responsibilities
- Verify and re-check quotes as requested, including printing out quote sheets and attaching relevant documents.
- Prepare offers and send them to clients, managing itinerary changes as necessary.
- Assist in preparing Go-Ahead documentation for the Operations team, including attaching relevant documents.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team, focusing on market analysis, competitor research, and existing account management.
- Perform other support duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Excellent service skills with a strong positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to numerical data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of motivation and teamwork skills.
- Advantageous to have knowledge of European destinations.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales functions within the travel industry is beneficial.
