As a Sales Specialist at Q2 HR Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect for new business opportunities through research and networking
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling Q2 HR Solutions' services
  3. Built and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  4. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  7. Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Q2 HR Solutions' services
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HR industry
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong negotiation and closing skills
  6. Self-motivated and results-driven
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Willingness to travel as needed
