About This Role

You will be responsible for compiling staffing level requirement forecasting and workplace scheduling in call-center environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of the call center phone system, maintain user records, monitor real-time call volumes and service level statistics.
  • Gather call data, assist with data analyses to determine call volume trends, service activity or resource availability.
  • Create reporting that may include dashboard reporting, scorecards and presentations of call center statistics.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the use of Management Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in call center resource management is preferred.
