Job Description:

The LMS Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goals modules administration. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work closely with HR Business Partners, business/functional leaders, and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with the company's business and functional goals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create customized course content and define the LMS catalogue structure.
  • Evaluate and procure new course content providers to meet evolving learning needs.
  • Provide user support and training on the SuccessFactors LMS platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, with focused 2 years experience in Learning Management System or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain, verify, and evaluate general and statistical information.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
