Candidate Sourcing
- Implement sourcing strategies to attract and engage top technical talent.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Business Partners to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Identify and connect with high-potential candidates through targeted sourcing.
- Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and headhunters.
- Build strong relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
- Coordinate and manage potential candidates sourced by headhunters.
- Execute lead-generating activities such as referral programmes and other non-traditional sourcing strategies for technical positions.
- Post job advertisements on various job portals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct initial screenings and pre-qualifications.
- Monitor applications across sourcing channels and collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to track all leads accurately.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Prioritise candidates based on job requirements and urgency.
- Track and analyse key sourcing metrics to measure performance and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, including CVs, cover letters, interview notes, and assessment results.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as qualified candidates sourced, time to submission, sourcing conversion rate, and candidate retention rate.
- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities, team performance, and recruitment metrics.
- Input candidate information, job advertisements, and other relevant data into HR systems.
- Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR systems up to date, troubleshooting any issues as needed.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activity, pipeline health, and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action policies.
- Protect candidate data and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing technical roles in Australia, New Zealand, and the APAC IT/Technology Consulting or Professional Services environment.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and advanced knowledge of sourcing methodologies, tools (LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, etc.), and technologies.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise sourcing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS), preferably SuccessFactors, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding cost-saving goals.
- Experience in building relationships and strategic alliances, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates.
