Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for increasing and sustaining sales for the Cebu branch. This includes utilizing critical thinking skills to enhance sales strategies, creating and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities, and developing action plans to address challenges.

The successful candidate will also manage both Field and Inside Sales teams, formulate sales strategies for the Cebu Sales Team, motivate the Cebu Sales team to achieve monthly targets, continuously monitor daily sales and provide regular updates, conduct one-on-one coaching and feedback sessions, implement refresher training for the Cebu Sales Team, and monitor inventory of merchandise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions.
