Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify prospects and conduct outreach via email and calls
  2. Create relationships with market leaders and qualify them for strategic partnerships
  3. Research target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest
  4. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with stakeholders
  5. Conduct high-level conversations with business leaders and hiring managers
  6. Update CRM records with prospect interactions for streamlined lead management
  7. Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads
  8. Meet performance targets for qualified meetings
  9. Build repeatable processes for identifying and targeting top prospects using tools and strategies

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development or business development roles
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Familiarity with candidate tracking systems
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Deep understanding of the CPG industry and terminology

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in staffing or consulting
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • At least 3 years at the same company

Technical Skills:

  • CRM experience
  • Content management and documentation skills
  • Experience with demand generation and lead flow management
  • Skilled in qualifying inbound leads
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Research-savvy for identifying ideal prospects
  • Exceptional communication tailored to diverse audiences
