Lead business development projects/ growth opportunities and execute strategies to achieve company objectives and targets. Identify and build sales leads. Conduct marketplace study, recommend / proposedgrowth opportunities.

Will DoEnsure that 1Aviation's Vision, Mission and Values are achieved. Promotes and ensures compliance to Quality, Safety, Security and Customer Service standard based on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning. Assist CBD Head in negotiation of contracts and agreements and participating in and preparing for an RFP.Facilitate/ conduct regular review of Service Level Agreement (SLA) with internal and external customers. Travel to location/s local/ international with identified opportunities as and when needed/ required.
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations and finance teams to ensure compliance and integrated business development initiatives. Conduct feasibility studies on identified potential service extensions. Prepare comprehensive business case on all proposed growth projects.
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on business development activities, progress, and challenges. Ensure completeness of all regulatory document compliance. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Be part of airline and station expansion project teams. Influence change, continuous improvement, and innovation. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and developing connections with potential new clients.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by CBD Head and/ or General Manager. An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:Strong attention to details

Communication skills both written and verbal
Business Acumen and IntelligenceValues accountability
Service oriented
Proficient in MS Office (Visio, Excel),5 year and above experience in Airline/ A viation
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/ Administration/ ManagementExperience Range Range (Years)4 - 5 years
