Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building and managing relationships with influencers and user-generated content creators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer & UGC Creator Search: Identify and recruit influencers and UGC creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics
  • Content Collaboration: Guide influencers and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that effectively showcases our products and benefits
  • Partnership Management: Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through Shopify
  • Audience Engagement: Collaborate with the social media management team to monitor and reply to comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty
  • Project Coordination: Ensure timely execution of collaborations by maintaining clear communication with influencers
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital outreach and partnership management
  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes, including collaborations, shipments, and commission tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and digital trends
