Technical Product and Catalog Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product and Catalog Manager to own our product strategy, supplier management, technical support, and purchasing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping what we carry, how we launch it, and how we support it.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Purchasing: Place purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and manage delivery timelines.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations.
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and spec sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on outcomes.
