Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic product leader to drive product development and maximize ROI. In this role, you will translate business strategy into actionable product plans, driving successful execution from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, balance business objectives with user needs, and champion innovation. You will also mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives and product strategy
  • Manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring priorities align with strategic goals
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend assessments to identify opportunities and risks
  • Set and track key product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform decision-making
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS space, with prior experience in Testing and Quality Engineering industry
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, user research, and analytics tools
