Product Leadership Role

The Product Lead plays a vital role in spearheading product development from inception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and Engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress.
  • Define product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile methodologies.
  • Counsel and mentor other product leads and team members to develop their product leadership skills.
  • Aquire a deep understanding of the product, track product metrics to measure success, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
