Product Vision and Leadership Role

This is a challenging role for someone who has product vision, leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Define Product Roadmap: Develop the overall product strategy, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between teams to ensure product decisions balance commercial and technical needs.
  • Engineering Partnership: Represent product in engineering meetings to prioritise features, resolve trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Market Insight: Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and shape features.
Key Requirements
  • Fluent English: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management/ownership, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience working with engineering teams; ability to understand software architecture and development workflows.
  • Commercial Acumen: Background in sales/marketing with proven ability to align product strategy with revenue growth and customer needs.
  • Leadership: Ability to influence, inspire, and build consensus across stakeholders.
About the Job

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can deliver complex digital products from concept through to launch and growth.

You will work closely with our engineering teams to develop and implement the product roadmap.
