Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Representative (Food Technology) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between our customers and our product development team, providing solutions, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or any related course
  • 2 years of sales experience in the food industry is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong technical understanding of food ingredients, product applications, and food processing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
  • Willing to travel and do fieldwork as needed
  • With valid driver's license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company's food solutions and ingredients to clients in the food industry
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to address customer needs
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
