Executive Liaison to the Managing Director

Core Responsibilities:
As the Managing Director's right-hand person, you will be the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Your duties will include managing the Managing Director's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing minutes of meetings attended. You will also research and gather data to prepare documents or proposals required by the Managing Director.
Key Functions:
- Executing Administrative Tasks: You will perform various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the Managing Director: You will provide general administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring a seamless operation of the office.
- Research and Data Analysis: You will research and gather data to prepare documents or proposals required by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
