Cybersecurity Director Job Description

Job Overview

Visage Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Director to lead our client's information security program. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy to protect our client's assets
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure security awareness and compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to inform security decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity management
  • CISSP or CISM certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Cybersecurity or related field
  • Experience with incident response and disaster recovery
  • Familiarity with IT regulatory compliance
