
Remote Customer Service Role

As a skilled customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking medical care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional communication and support to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a friendly, professional manner, providing clear and concise information about their appointment and treatment options.
● Gather and record patient information, including personal details, location, and medical history, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
● Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors, taking into account patient availability and doctor schedules.
● Communicate effectively with patients and doctors, providing confirmation details, informative follow-ups, and sending out pre-appointment reminders.
● Resolve issues and address concerns promptly, escalating matters to on-call managers or tech support if necessary, to minimize disruption to care.
Requirements:
● 1+ years of experience in a customer service, patient intake, or call center role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
● Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities to resolve complex situations and ensure timely solutions.
● Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, scheduling software, or CRM tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and technology.
