We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
- Provide feedback to the organization on how to better manage and address issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, eCommerce, or a related field (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
