Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is critical in providing exceptional customer experiences, and you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats.

You will work closely with our clinical staff to gather and collect necessary information from customers in a timely manner.

  • Answer inbound phone calls with excellent communication skills.
  • Provide top-notch customer service with every interaction.
  • Achieve resolution on the first interaction with the caller.
  • Deliver quality results with every interaction within deadlines.
  • Gather and collect all required information for clinical review.

Your competencies should include:

  • Strong communication skills to interpret and structure unstructured information.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams.
  • Exhibit kindness, patience, and empathy in challenging situations.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to understand problems and drive solutions.
  • Possess problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Show flexibility and agility in working well in ambiguous situations.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or above.
  • Noise-cancelling headphones.
  • A backup internet connection and power outage backup.
  • Dual monitor setup.
