Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is a dynamic company looking for an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Philippines. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Liaison Officers, planning bank transactions, and disbursement of cash and deposits. They will also be tasked with assigning liquidation and journal entries of specific expenses in the system, maintaining check release monitoring, bank reconciliation, and cash position of the company. Additionally, they will be responsible for performing other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Liaison Officers and plan bank transactions;
  • Disburse cash and/or deposit, and endorse to requesting parties;
  • Assign liquidation and journal entry of specific expenses in the system;
  • Maintain check release monitoring, bank reconciliation, and cash position of the company;
  • Perform daily cash out;
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy;
  • Preferably with experience in AR, AP, treasury, internal audit, or tax compliance;
  • Preferably with previous experience related to brokerage/logistics industry;
  • Keen on details;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Knowledgeable on MS applications especially excel;
  • Ability to handle pressure;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment;
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of P 45,000 - P 60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Our company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
