We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Hilton Manila.

About the Role:

  • Welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary stationery and materials are available.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to guests and callers.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Order front office supplies and maintain inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings as needed.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for guests and employees.
  • Prepare vouchers and keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Has a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Is proficient in using office software and equipment.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
