Job Title:

Serving as a crucial support function to valued clients, you will be an integral part of expansion efforts. As the key liaison for larger clients, you will coordinate internal efforts with acquisition, implementation, technical support, and more.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and serve as their trusted partner.
  • Drive adoption across multiple product technology stacks to ensure customers maximize ROI.
  • Manage Adoption Campaigns through regular updates of campaign objectives in Salesforce.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews, executing on mutual success plans, addressing technical demands, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Predict and prevent churn risk to protect portfolio MRR growth.
  • Ensure continued monthly recurring revenue for valued clients.
  • Project Management - lead internal and external initiatives effectively.
  • Foster sales liaison relationships, build internal connections to drive growth within accounts, manage partner relationships to better support premium clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with support, professional services, sales, and marketing segments to drive customer success, fostering positive satisfaction and account growth.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience.
  • A proven track record of success exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals.
  • Dedicated to personal, team, and company achievement with a commitment to excellence.
  • Combines technical expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and situational awareness skills.
  • An enterprise-ready mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues.
  • Experience interacting with and influencing C-level executives.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with understanding of situational best practices.
  • Excellent presentation skills from small to large audiences.
  • Able to lead, manage, or influence internal resources and customer resources for successful outcomes.
  • Knowledgeable in VoIP technology, Contact Center technology, and terminology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced network troubleshooting and terminology including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, PBX deployment, TCP/IP (IPv4) is preferred.
