
Client Partnership Specialist

Client Success Partners are the primary relationship owners and trusted advisors for clients.
This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving client retention and growth, and enabling offshore staff to perform at their highest potential.
Key Responsibilities- Build and sustain deep, strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals, anticipating needs, and proactively delivering solutions that drive measurable results.
- Partner with clients to maximise offshore team performance through proactive coaching, clear performance frameworks, and engagement strategies that improve retention and productivity.
- Support clients in the growth and development of their offshore teams through support in performance management and identifying and implementing training & development programs.
- Continuously monitor relationship and performance indicators to identify risks early and lead resolution strategies that protect client satisfaction, maintain operational continuity, and strengthen trust.
- A strong commercial acumen, understands drivers of client revenue and retention.
- Exceptional contextual thinking – can connect details across conversations, issues, and performance data.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in English.
