  • Track engagement data, report on key outcomes, and ensure programs scale with business growth.">

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, organizational development, or a related field.">
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and facilitation skills.">
  • Proven experience designing and scaling people programs that improve culture and retention.">
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leadership.">
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive topics.">
  • Familiarity with org design, employee life cycle, and culture-building best practices.">
  • Passion for employee experience and creating inclusive workplaces.">
  • Experience in global companies (preferred).">
