Location: Remote
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Taking on this HR & People Coordinator role means embracing these responsibilities: managing employee onboarding, coordinating company events, overseeing recognition programs, assisting with job postings, and supporting employee satisfaction initiatives.

Responsibilities- Manage and execute employee onboarding processes
- Plan and coordinate company events, including monthly activities and annual holiday party
- Oversee recognition programs for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other employee acknowledgments
- Assist in posting job listings on various job boards as directed by HR Manager or HR Specialist
- Management of timekeeping and employee workforce efficiency
- Support the implementation and analysis of the annual employee satisfaction survey
- Participate in and conduct employee screening.
- Phone screening and video interviews
- Manage HR email inbox
- ATS management and coordination
- No specific HR degree required
- 2-5 years experience in HR or People operations
- Detail oriented.
- Experience in manage ATS System
- Employee Engagement experience
- Recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience or aptitude in event planning and coordination
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in basic HR software and job posting platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
