People Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven People Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and other tools.
2. Support the drafting, issuing, and filing of contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
3. Track probation, visa, and contract renewal dates with timely reminders.
4. Provide recruitment and onboarding support, including scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and managing ATS updates.
5. Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and track engagement data.
6. Support performance and development initiatives, including scheduling check-ins, feedback cycles, and training sessions.
7. Generate reports and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes. They should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling confidential information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
