Job Title: People Operations Specialist

Description:

The role of People Operations Specialist is to oversee the overall HR strategy, encompassing employee relations, talent management, and compliance. This specialist will be responsible for developing strategies to uphold labor policies, collaborating with legal teams, and implementing policies. Additionally, this role involves serving as the main point of contact for employees, addressing concerns related to office operations, policies, or resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Develop strategies to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Labor Relations Expertise: Collaborate with legal teams to address labor-related cases and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting policies and manage grievance processes to maintain a positive work environment.
  • HR Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing support related to office operations, policies, or resources.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Possess comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and experience handling HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure setting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Law degree preferred).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with a high emotional quotient for empathetic engagement.
  • Location Flexibility: Work-from-home setup.
