In this role, you will serve as the HR Business Partner for the Global Business Solutions (GBS) Hub in Manila, supporting end-to-end HR processes and managing growth plans. You will collaborate with the GBS Manila Site Leadership Team on strategic organizational planning, talent pipeline development, culture embedding, and optimizing ways of working to enhance business results.
What your day looks like- Business and People Strategy
- Collaborate with leaders to develop GBS site/function talent strategies, aligning global P&C strategies with evolving business needs.
- Anticipate future business demands and address people-related challenges with prioritized solutions.
- Organization Effectiveness & Change Management
- Implement Operating Models to achieve strategic objectives efficiently.
- Support business transformations and change initiatives, providing coaching on change management tools and approaches.
- Leadership & Team Coaching
- Advise leaders on strategic people matters, offering expertise and thought leadership.
- Coach and develop P&C teams to understand business opportunities and add value to strategic priorities.
- Workforce Planning & Talent Management
- Gather requirements from leadership to develop workforce plans, focusing on current and future needs.
- Create and implement talent strategies to address gaps and develop leadership capabilities.
- Culture & People Engagement
- Foster a performance culture that rewards achievement and addresses poor performance with rigor and empathy.
- Promote learning and development, enhancing employee engagement through insights and initiatives.
- Labor Relations, Compliance & Excellence
- Manage P&C policies ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Support labor relations and conflict resolution, modeling P&C excellence in cost monitoring and adherence to policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience as P&C business partner, preferably in a GBS environment
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of core P&C areas and project management skills
