About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Culture Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing people and organizational strategies that strengthen our culture, improve employee engagement, drive leadership effectiveness, and support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Organizational Development Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies focused on culture-building, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Succession Planning and Talent Development: Develop and oversee succession planning, career pathing, and talent development frameworks for all levels.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management efforts for organizational transitions, ensuring smooth implementation and buy-in.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with internal teams to deliver relevant learning programs.
  • Competency Modeling and Workforce Planning: Lead competency modeling, role profiling, and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 6+ years of experience in Organizational Development or a related HR discipline.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing OD frameworks, leadership programs, and change initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with psychometric tools, employee surveys, and culture assessments is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site, or hospitality/retail setting is an advantage.
