Key Responsibilities
  • Program Setup: Ensure all details are accurately entered in CRM systems.
  • Update Management: Maintain accurate records between CRM and internal tools.
  • Client Deliverables: Collect and organize client deliverables from partners, including landing pages, assets, and creative material.
  • Landing Page QA: Conduct quality assurance on landing pages and submit edits before sending to clients.
  • Reporting and Delivery: Deliver leads and reporting details to clients weekly as directed.
  • Creative Requests: Submit, track, and deliver creative requests for campaign launch.
  • Proposal Assistance: Assist with proposals by collecting and compiling quotes, templated slides, and other requested documents.
  • Client Success Support: Support Client Success with QBR/Renewals by working with the internal operations team and client to collect necessary data for reporting.
  • Dashboard Updates: Own recurring client report creation and/or updates to external dashboards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant transferable working experience.
  • Experience: Experience working in or with digital marketing agencies.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Creative, problem-solving ability.
  • Technical Requirements: Must have a working laptop/PC and internet connection.
