Job Title: Junior Accounts ManagerAbout the Role

The ideal candidate will support our team in managing client accounts, executing brand strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client account operations
  • Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met
  • Conduct and document market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for both clients and the company
  • Manage clients' brand presence on social media and other marketing channels
  • Evaluate progress of campaigns and projects, and flag potential issues to the supervisor
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
  • Basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative
