Job Description:

This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care through efficient communication, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Manage high volumes of phone calls, coordinate appointments, and respond to inquiries with warmth and clarity.
  • Answer phone calls, ensure timely responses, and provide accurate information to patients.
  • Respond to email inquiries, including appointment requests, general questions, and patient follow-ups.
  • Book appointments across multiple practitioners and time zones as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a health-related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role, ideally in a medical setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities with a calm approach.
  • Proficient in patient management software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
