Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasay for a Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and coordinating with medical professionals. Duties include handling budgeting, improving customer service, conducting staff training sessions, and maintaining communication between departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Budgeting and Financial Management skills
  • Medical Knowledge and an understanding of healthcare regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry is advantageous
