Registry Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Registry team as a Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of student records and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing responsive support to students' inquiries regarding study program structure, credits, and assessment policies.
- Maintaining Canvas to ensure timely submission of assessments and accurate tracking of student progress.
- Assisting team members with assessments and reassessments by accurately recording submissions and producing marking statistics.
- Collaborating with Student Finance on retake fees and prolongation fees for students.
- Preparing documentation for quarterly Examination Boards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Relevant experience in customer service and administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to produce reports.
- Able to navigate multiple systems and databases.
