Job Description

As a Sales and Account Executive at CEO HARDWARE, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. This involves serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs, and providing suitable solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive account growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely project completion.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status and sales progress, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
