Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on day-to-day HR activities.

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
