About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Client Growth and Operations Manager. In this strategic position, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our clients' success stories.

As the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for fostering exceptional client experiences, improving operational systems, and driving business growth.

  • Client Management & Coaching: Serve as the main point of contact for clients through various communication channels; provide guidance on lead follow-up strategies, closing techniques, and overall business expansion; offer assertive yet supportive coaching to drive client accountability and results.
  • Operational Leadership: Facilitate seamless alignment and execution between clients and internal teams; develop, document, and refine client systems using advanced CRM tools; track and log all client interactions for transparency and follow-through.
  • Strategic Support: Assist clients in understanding marketing principles and converting leads into paying customers; analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders; support the recruitment and onboarding process as the organization scales.

  • Proven experience in operations management or customer success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluent English communication skills; familiarity with Western business culture.
  • Business acumen with the ability to coach entrepreneurs in the construction field.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote, self-managed environment.
  • Experience with advanced CRM software is highly desirable.
