Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant to support an architecture manager in daily administrative and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, be proficient in CAD, Excel, and ClickUp, and possess strong knowledge of USA architectural structures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Email Management - Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the manager
  • Task Coordination - Open, track, and manage tasks in ClickUp, ensuring timely completion
  • Architectural Support - Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing CAD drawings
  • Project Documentation - Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking
  • USA Structure Knowledge - Understand and apply USA architectural concepts when handling communications and tasks
  • Client & Team Coordination - Facilitate smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in architecture or construction
  • Strong knowledge of USA architectural structures and industry standards
  • Fluent in English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in CAD software, Excel, and ClickUp
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
