We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support an architecture manager with daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and prioritize emails, draft responses, and flag urgent messages
  • Organize tasks for the architecture manager
  • Maintain task management systems and follow up on pending items
  • Schedule meetings and manage project timelines
  • Handle document organization and report preparation

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent English communication skills, and experience with email management and task management software.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in architecture or construction
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with architectural terminology and workflows, experience using ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar task management software, and a background in architecture, construction, or a related industry.
