Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

This is a remote position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with executives, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence coordination.
  • Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records.
  • Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2.5-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with tact and professionalism.
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity and adherence to confidentiality standards.
