We are seeking a detail-oriented Architect to provide remote drafting and design support. This role requires proficiency in Revit, experience working in U.S. imperial units, and familiarity with Massachusetts building codes and zoning regulations.

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural plans and elevations in Revit
  • Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings using Enscape or similar rendering software
  • Update permit drawings in compliance with Massachusetts Building Code and U.S. standards
  • Work exclusively in imperial units for all drawings and documentation
  • Contribute to schematic design and construction documentation phases
Project Coordination

Assist in compiling project documents and coordinating with team members via online collaboration platforms.

  • Track project deadlines and deliverables
  • Manage project schedules and timelines
Administrative Tasks

Organize and maintain project files and cloud-based folders.

  • Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items
Communication & Client Support

Prepare and send project updates to internal teams and clients.

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Autodesk Revit, understanding of architectural drawing standards, and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural drawings with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines
