
Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a results-driven and persuasive Sales Representative to join our BPO contact center. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting products or services, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
- Present and promote products or services to meet customer needs.
- Handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow scripts and compliance guidelines during calls.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
