We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Success Manager to join our team.
You will work directly with clients providing Level 1 Technical Support to resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will prepare relevant reports and documentation to support the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and selecting the best solution.
- Attend meetings, record meeting notes and document key takeaways and action items.
- Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP and ensure all data is up-to-date and accessible.
- Develop and prepare correspondence, documents and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and monitoring progress.
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and demonstrated experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
- Exceptional project management and time management skills across multiple calendars.
- Demonstrates a high level of technical competency and proficiency in Microsoft O365.
- Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
