Key Account Manager for Sales Growth

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our sales team in achieving growth and market dominance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for mathematics and problem-solving.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires the successful candidate to oversee channel coverage and sales growth of assigned areas/territories. Key responsibilities include total sales and marketing activities, forecasting and inventory management, alignment with distributors, and development of strategies to increase sales and dominate the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall responsible for channel coverage and sales growth of assigned area/territory.
- Responsible for the total sales and marketing activities.
- Forecasting and inventory management.
- Alignment of allocation with assigned distributor.
- Responsible for the development, execution and performance of all designed to dominate market presence and increase sales.
- Ensures alignment across Sales and Marketing team.
- Alignment with DT and Sub Distributor for the success of distribution and coverage.
- Performs such other functions as assigned.
Leadership Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require advanced leadership skills to inspire, mentor and encourage store-level managers to reach quarterly and annual goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential, particularly when managing a large number of managers from a distance. Additionally, basic to intermediate mathematical skills will be useful for reporting costs, profits and losses to district management.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, communication, mathematics, and problem-solving. They will also be able to identify and overcome challenges, develop strategies to solve them, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
